What is your plan today to create & begin your PSA using your storyboard? What did you do today on your PSA?  What is your plan for next time?  What grade would you give yourself using your attitudes in technology Criterion F.

My plan is to create and begin my PSA imovie project. Today I created my imovie project & created the outline for my project. Today I didn't upload any videos the only thing I did was create my imovie and saved it to the video library. My plan for next time is to try to upload a few clips to my imovie, and to start put subtitles.I would give myself a 100.

I rate myself a 5, because I did pretty good on the project and my results we're exactly how I wanted them to be. I did good on the project all my result students ended up being getting a 100. All my result students are good. And my conclusions and hypothesis were exactly right.

1. What are all these Stages in the Design Cycle?
2. What is the Design Stage about?
3. What is the Evaluate Stage about?
4. What is the Create Stage about?
5. What is the Investigate Stage about?
6. What is the Plan Stage about?
7. List the steps in order.

Evaluate:
Issac a 6th grader, was in a noisy calm environment doing my Design Cycle game he had trouble with it not knowing the material but made it all the way to the 5th level. He said that it was a hard game but in the end still happened to pass the quiz with a 100.He didn't take long on the quiz, so I assume that he understood the game good & knew the answers to the quiz with no help needed.
Ivan a sixth grader was tested in a calm environment, he played my Design Cycle game and loved it. He felt that it was very easy because it helped him learned the Design Cycle. Ivan didn't think the Design Cycle was very hard to learn at the beginning. In conclusion Ivan passed the quiz with a 100, and want's to make a Design Cycle game too. The Design Cycle helped him with his projects, and knows the Design Cycle very well.
Brittany a sixth grader was tested in a very noisy environment. She thought the Design Cycle was very hard and did not think she would learn it at all. She had a hard time learning the questions and answers at first. She also had a hard time learning the steps of the Design Cycle. Brittany thought the game was difficult. Maybe she thought that because she had a difficult time learning the steps as well and getting the Design Cycle down. In the end Brittany passed the test with a 80, she didn't want to give up and asked for a re-take. In conclusion she passed the re-take with a 100.
Survey
1. How can Plan help you in the Design Cycle?
2.How many parts are in the Design Cycle?
3.How many parts are in the Design Cycle Rubric?
4.What do you use Evaluate for in the Design Cycle?
5.Is Create the 4th step in the Design Cycle? Yes or No?

This is my design one.

Today I created my project design 1, I created a game because it is very easy to make. I think the sixth graders will enjoy playing this game. My game is very entertaining and can be diffcult but still easy enough for sixth graders. First I was going to create a flipbook but than I realized it was way too hard to do, so Mrs. Hinojosa gave me the idea to do a game. I loved making the game it was challenging making the questions, and deciding which questions and answers would help them the most to understand the design cycle. My game is a wordshoot where you have to aim at the right answers, while you read the questions & you only have a certain amount of amo. Then when you go on to the next level, the answers will move around and you have to try to shoot at them while their moving around. The levels go on and on getting harder each level. I rate myself 6.

Design Brief
10. Write a short statement of what you are going to make, why you are going to make it, and for whom you are making it.
I am going to make a flipbook with a lot of creative pictures showing the 6th graders how you can use the design cycle and how the design cycle can help you. I am going to make a flipbook because I saw some examples of the flipbook and I though it was a pretty creative and original thing to do. I am making this for the 6th graders showing them the design cycle.
Formulate a Design Specification
11. What are the requirements for this assignment? My requirements for this project are to have 10's in every one of my tables. My two tables are for Creativity, Understanding, Theme and Neatness. This table is the table for book option 2, this are the requirements for my option. My second option is a flipbook the requirements for that option are to have 10's in everything. In Neatness, Understanding, Creativity, and Presentation.
12. What are the limitations you have with this assignment? My limitations for this project are to do this best of my abliltiys. The limitations for this project are how the flipbook and the book. The flipbook will have picture and be creative because I'm the one who drew the pictures and everything. The book will also be very creative because it's having like it's own style and it will orginal.
13. How will you "test" your project? I will test my project by asking different sixth graders, what there best way of learning is. I will ask them their option on which project I should do. And I will ask them if them would learn the design cycle better from a book or a flipbook.

BOOK.

I put 10's on all the them because I want everything to be prefect and I want to get a 100. Creativity in this project will be very good. This book project will be very creative, and pretty. When you do creativity you need imagination, to be able to do the project and learn and make up original. Creativity is having your original ideas that makes your project creative. My project will be very creative and nice, the thing that will make it creative and original is the ideas in pictures in the picture book.

My second option was to do a book. My book my have a lot of understanding of the project. In my project you will be able to understand it, and know that i knew how to do the project. Understanding the project is very important so you can know how to do the project. Understanding I gave myself a 10 because I know i can do the work for a 10, and to get a 10.

FLIPBOOK.

I put a 10 on all of them because I know I can accomplish this & get a 100.

DAY 2 REFLECTION.

I think 6th graders will be able to learn the design cycle if I make a very creative, and interesting flipbook for them about the Design Cycle. The the flipbook project you make a creative style or drawing on every page. And then when you flip all the pages together it becomes an animated flipbook. For 6th graders it will be very easy for them to understand how the Design Cycle works & what the different parts of the Design Cycle mean. They wouldn't wanna be reading a lame boring book with no pictures, so why don't just make them a flipbook with nothing but pictures. In the flipbook project it will be alot of pictures about the boy that gets caught up in this huge problem, and he has to use the Design Cycle to help him get out of the problem and be able to solve it. It will show all the different steps he uses to solve the problem & explains how he uses the problem. In this Design Cycle I will explain all the steps such as Investigate, Create, Design, and Evaulate. In the Investigate part of the project the boy will show how he plans the steps & tries to investigate it. Next in the Create he willl be creating the project and showing the plans he has, the final plans will be to create the project.Creating the flipbook project
